I personally review every enquiry. Once I have the key details, we can discuss the menu, number of guests, dietary requirements, wine pairing and any special requests by email or phone.

Once everything is agreed, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link for the 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed after the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event, before I leave the venue.

If you need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
