The Signature Bites Collection is a flexible option for birthdays, private parties, receptions and smaller events where a seated menu may not be the right fit.
Rather than standard event finger food, I create individual bites with their own balance of flavour and texture, bringing a more personal and refined approach to the table.
The selection can be adapted to the style and size of your occasion, with the final menu prepared as a personalised proposal.
I personally review every enquiry. Once I have the key details, we can discuss the menu, number of guests, dietary requirements, wine pairing and any special requests by email or phone.
Once everything is agreed, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link for the 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed after the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event, before I leave the venue.
If you need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
